A two days, hands-on masterclass designed to offer you a variety of recipes and techniques that you will be able to use for multiple products: from breakfast baked goods and bites, to refined desserts and modern cakes.
Everything will be vegan and gluten free, without artificial colourings and with an eye on unrefined sugar options.
Learn how to make really inclusive high quality desserts and how to create your own.
The class is open to bakers and chefs of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Mango saffron tart
Curcuma sablè, toasted almond frangipane, mango and passion fruit cremeux, mango and saffron compote, amaretto créme madame, apricot and saffron veil
